본 포지션은 언론 홍보와 브랜드 마케팅을 중심으로 WWF의 자연보전, 생물다양성 등 활동과 환경 이슈에 대하여 대중과 이해관계자들의 인지와 이해를 제고하고 WWF 브랜드 인지도와 가치를 강화하는 역할을 수행합니다.

환경 이슈에 대한 기본적인 관심이 필요하고 명확하고 설득력 있는 글쓰기 역량이 요구되며, 미디어 관계자, WWF 글로벌 네트워크 및 여러 파트너들과의 소통과 협업 능력이 중요한 직무입니다. Communication Officer 포지션에 많은 관심과 지원 부탁드립니다.

포 지 션: Communication Officer
소 속: 커뮤니케이션 팀 / 마케팅 본부
고용 형태: 1년 계약직 (근무 평가를 바탕으로 계약 연장 및 정규직 전환 가능)
근무 조건: 연 18일 휴가, 주 1회 재택근무 및 장기근속자 안식휴가 제도 등 운영
근 무 지: 한국WWF 오피스 (서울시 종로구 종로 47 SC제일은행본점빌딩 15층)

직무 내용:

기본 역할 및 포지션 목표

▪ Enhancing internal collaboration between teams and ultimately maximizing the public relations impact of WWF-Korea's activities.

▪ Drive action and inspire stakeholders/public to support WWF-Korea's conservation, fundraising and organizational goals

▪ Closely work with Biodiversity, Program, and Membership Marketing, Digital Strategy team for contents

담당 업무

1. Communications Planning & Strategy

Develop narratives of WWF-Korea conservation activities
Develop media planning and contents collaboration discovery
Manage communication activities

2. General Marketing & Communication tasks

Contribute to and supports execution of our marketing & communications plan
Handle administrative and logistical aspects of communications initiatives, ensuring smooth execution
Work together within the Communications team as well as Biodiversity/Program/Membership Marketing/Digital Strategy teams as well as our international team to advance our mission

3. Internal Contribution & Co-work

Develop a process for cross-team collaboration to work together on projects and maintain a collaborative relationship
Develop and communicate an annual cross-team collaboration strategy
Identify topics/issues and projects that align conservation themes with fundraising and marketing activities
Plan and conduct the most effective/suitable/targeted communication channels/activities for each topic
Coordinate and facilitate regular cross-functional alignment meetings to ensure cohesive messaging across teams

자격 요건

1. Knowledge

Bachelor’s (or higher) degree needed

2. Skills

Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage a varied workload and be an effective team player
Minimum 7 years of experience in PR, strategic communications, or stakeholder engagement in NGO sector, or agency settings
Excellent writing skills
Fluent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English
High level of cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multicultural environment
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

우대 사항

Over at least 7 years of working experiences in media, PR agency or PR division of private and/or public sectors as communication specialist
