한국WWF 보전사업본부 소속의 Program Officer는 생물다양성 회복과 자연 보전을 위한 지속 가능한 변화를 이끌기 위해, 다양한 프로젝트의 기획 및 운영을 담당합니다. 주요 업무에는 자연 보전 프로젝트 제안서 작성, 기업 협력 프로젝트의 운영 및 예산 관리가 포함되며, 이해관계자와의 네트워킹, 기업 파트너십 관리, 보전 프로그램 전략 개발 등 다양한 협력 활동을 통해 지속 가능한 미래를 위한 변화를 주도하는 역할을 수행합니다..

  1. 채용 인원: 1명
  2. 포  지 션: Program Officer  
  3. 소     속: Program Team/ Conservation Division
  4. 고용 형태: 1년 계약직 (근무 평가를 바탕으로 계약 연장 및 정규직 전환 가능)
  5. 근무 조건: 연 18일 휴가, 주 1회 재택근무, 시차출퇴근제 및 장기근속자 안식휴가 제도 등 운영
  6. 근  무 지: 한국WWF 오피스 (서울시 종로구 종로 47 SC제일은행본점빌딩 15층)
  7. 직무 상세 내용:

     기본 역할 및 포지션 목표


    Contribute to conservation program management and corporate fundraising.
    As a program officer,
    • Contribute to the design, implementation, and scaling of effective and innovative conservation programs.
    • Foster collaboration between conservation and business sectors to drive measurable environmental outcomes.
    • Develop conservation initiatives aligned with organizational priorities and global environmental frameworks (e.g., GBF, TNFD).
    • Lead or support program planning, proposal development, and donor reporting (technical and financial)
    • Engage with corporate stakeholders to align biodiversity goals with business practices and ESG commitments.
    • Ensure programs are evidence-based, scalable, and responsive to evolving conservation and sustainability trends.

    As a program team member,
    • Advance strategic corporate partnerships to support biodiversity-focused fundraising and impact
    • Support the integration of nature-positive goals into corporate strategies, operations, and reporting frameworks.
    • Support internal coordination across teams (e.g., Biodiversity, Communications) for cross-functional program design.
    • Contribute to corporate fundraising by identifying and cultivating strategic business partnerships.

     담당 업무


    Under supervising of program team manager, he/she is responsible to 

    • Design and develop innovative conservation programs aligned with organizational priorities and environmental frameworks (e.g. GBF, TNFD etc.)
    • Lead or support the creation of concept notes, proposals, and technical/financial reports for donors and partners
    • Monitor program performance to ensure impact and scalability 
    • Facilitate dialogue between conservation and corporate stakeholders, translating ecological goals into actionable business value.
    • Support the development of tools, guidance, and metrics for corporate biodiversity performance and reporting.


    As a member of the program team, He/she is expected to work on new corporate engagement and conservation programs through support program team manager.

    • Coordinate with internal teams (Biodiversity, Communications) to ensure evidence-based and cross-functional program design
    • Stay up to date on conservation trends, methodologies and policy developments to inform program strategy
    • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with businesses committed to biodiversity, sustainability, and ESG goals.
    • Develop tailored engagement strategies that integrate conservation objectives into corporate operations, supply chains, and CSR initiatives

     자격 요건

     

    [Knowledge]
    • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree required, Master’s degree preferred
    • Knowledge of research tools and methodology
    • Knowledge of the global and local market and industry trends

    [Skills]
    • Over 5 years of professional experience in project management, corporate relationship management, business to business sales or consulting.
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Korean
    • Strong leadership with clear task ownership and issue handling skills
    • Ability to collect and analyze useful data and information
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
    • Proficient in computer and office tools

     우대 사항 

     

    • Knowledge: Specialized in business management or consulting related to corporate social value, ESG or sustainable business, corporate environment management is preferred. 
    • Skills: Working experiences in large or medium scale of companies, government agencies or other relevant organizations are preferred.
