Lead the development and delivery of strategic funding initiatives that link conservation programs to sustainable revenue generation. The role is responsible for securing institutional, corporate, and foundation funding while strengthening the financial sustainability of WWF’s conservation portfolio. Contribute to corporate partnership project and fundraising.

<담당 업무>

1. Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute a conservation-linked fundraising strategy aligned with organizational priorities
• Design and package conservation programs into compelling funding proposals
• Lead cultivation and management of corporate, foundation, and government donors
• Build medium- to long-term funding pipelines for priority conservation themes
• Oversee proposal development, budgeting, and financial risk management
• Track funding performance and ensuring alignment between program delivery and donor commitments

2. Corporate & Institutional Partnership Development

• Deliver annual income targets by securing and managing corporate and institutional partnerships.
• Identify, cultivate, and engage prospective corporate partners aligned with WWF’s mission and values.
• Lead senior-level outreach, pitch development, and negotiations to secure multi-year agreements.
• Structure partnership agreements and funding frameworks.
• Expand foundation and public funding opportunities.

3. Program Packaging & Proposal Development

• Translate technical conservation programs into compelling funding propositions
• Oversee proposal writing, budgeting, pricing strategy, and margin consideration
• Ensure financial sustainability and risk mitigation in agreements
• Maintain quality control and impact measurement framework

4. Funding Mix Diversification (Strategic Resource Mobilization)

• Contribute to diversifying revenue streams beyond corporate partnerships, including public funding, foundations, and multilateral sources (e.g., government grants, KOICA, and bilateral/multilateral donors)
• Support the development of a balanced funding portfolio across corporate and institutional donors
• Identify opportunities to align conservation programs with diverse funding mechanisms (e.g., grants, blended finance, consortium funding)
• Strengthen WWF-Korea’s internal positioning to access larger-scale and long-term funding opportunities
• Support the development of partnership models that enable long-term, transformational funding

5. Revenue & Performance Management

• Monitor funding pipeline and track revenue performance against targets.
• Maintain accurate corporate database records and documentation of all partnership activities.
• Ensure consistent representation of WWF’s brand, values, and messaging in all partner engagements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, donor requirements, and ethical standards.
• Coordinate closely with Program 1 to ensure timely delivery of outputs and impact reporting.

6. Team Leadership

• Lead and coach team members with clear accountability
• Establish performance culture based on measurable outcomes
• Collaborate closely with Conservation, Finance, and Marketing teams
• Shift team mindset from “program-only” to “impact + sustainability” orientation

<자격 요건>

• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree required (Business, Public Policy, Environmental Management, or related fields)
• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience, including experience mentoring, supervising, or guiding junior team members regardless of formal leadership title.
• Proven track record in corporate fundraising, B2B partnerships, consulting, ESG, or other knowledge-driven commercial functions, encompassing business development, project origination and execution, and strategic client relationship management.
• Experience with revenue target management and/or P&L responsibility
• Fluent communications skills in Korean and English
• Strong strategic thinking and market analysis capability
• Excellent proposal development and negotiation skills
• Financial literacy (budgeting, cost recovery, margin consideration)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence senior corporate decision-makers
